This role involves working closely with global clients, supporting data-driven platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-server environment. Candidates must be flexible to work in US EST time zones and rotational shifts.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Perform basic performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Support clients in a client–server architecture environment
• Analyze data using MS SQL, Python, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide timely support aligned with US EST working hours
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product issues
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and platforms

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in MS SQL (queries, joins, procedures)
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Understanding of client–server architecture
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake
• Basic cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of JavaScript
• Exposure to any programming language design/implementation
• SQL Certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in client-facing technical support roles

💰 Salary Details (Estimated)
