✨ Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to gather and document business & functional requirements.
• Participate in user story creation, backlog grooming, and requirement refinement.
• Prepare high-quality documentation: BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases.
• Validate business workflows and support data checks and testing activities.
• Manage project documentation via Confluence and tasks via Jira.
• Support UAT coordination and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs.
• Assist teams in improving product usability and process efficiency.
• Learn domain essentials in pharmacovigilance, safety case systems, and life sciences workflows.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Follow IQVIA’s quality processes and documentation best practices.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 0–1 year experience in business analysis or healthcare/life sciences roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.

🛠️ Technology & Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Confluence.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to pharmacovigilance systems, healthcare analytics, or safety databases.
• Awareness of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Basic knowledge of dashboards or data visualization tools.
