Responsibilities in the Job
As a Clinical Data Management professional, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities, including:
- Clinical Study Startup: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely initiation of clinical studies.
- Conduct of Clinical Trials: Oversee data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Closeout: Manage study closeout activities, including data reconciliation and preparation for database lock.
- Query Management: Handle queries effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high data quality.
- Database Lock: Lead efforts for database lock, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved and data integrity is upheld.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, fostering strong communication and strategic thinking to contribute to study success.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Proven track record in managing clinical studies from startup to closeout.
Skills

- Rave Experience: Proficiency in using Oracle Rave for data management and clinical trial operations.
- Query Management Expertise: Deep understanding of query management processes and data reconciliation.
