Position

Analyst – Commercial Analytics

The role involves analysing healthcare and commercial data, developing analytical models, generating business insights, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial analytics projects involving marketing mix, forecasting, segmentation, decision trees, customer analytics, and brand performance.
• Perform promotional return on investment (ROI), resource optimisation, price optimisation, and physician or patient profiling analyses.
• Work with small and large datasets using appropriate technologies such as Excel, SAS, and Python.
• Develop an understanding of consumer offerings, proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to support client-facing stakeholders, primarily in Europe and the United States.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations from a business perspective.
• Coordinate with team members and perform quality checks on project deliverables within tight turnaround times.
• Perform advanced analytics, including hierarchical models, Bayesian hierarchical models, linear and nonlinear optimisation techniques, recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs).

Eligibility and Qualifications
