Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate at IQVIA
- Site Monitoring and Management:
- Conduct site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure that clinical trial sites are adhering to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and sponsor requirements.
- Data Quality and Compliance:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
- Ensure that all study documentation is maintained as per GCP and regulatory standards.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the study site and the sponsor.
- Provide training and support to site staff to ensure compliance with study protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria for Clinical Research Associate Role
- Education: BPharm, MPharm, Pharm D, BHMS, BAMS, or BDS.
- Experience: 1-3 years of onsite monitoring experience in clinical research.
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
