Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Manage QA systems including SOPs, QMS and documentation.
- Support audits, validation activities and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare validation reports and maintain inspection readiness.
- Handle EDMS and TrackWise systems.
Production / PPA
- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Execute manufacturing activities according to SOP/BPCR.
- Supervise operators and technicians.
- Maintain batch documentation and production records.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
Quality Control
- Perform testing using GC and HPLC instruments.
- Work with Chromeleon software.
- Record analytical results accurately.
- Maintain QMS documentation and support audits.
Engineering
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems.
- Review SOPs and upload documents in EDMS.
- Monitor area validation activities.
- Review schedules in LIMS.
- Support DQ, IQ, OQ and related engineering qualification activities.
- Ensure cGMP and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
Eligible candidates should possess one of the following qualifications depending on the position:
- 12th Pass
- ITI
- Diploma
- UG in relevant discipline
- PG in relevant discipline
- BE / B.Tech
- Diploma in Engineering
Experience Required
- 2 to 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical API manufacturing experience depending on the role.
Note: As mentioned in the notification, candidates should have working experience in WHO, MHRA or USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API plants.
