Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the department, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling API and formulation manufacturing operations.
- Operating and monitoring production equipment.
- Performing analytical testing using laboratory instruments.
- Managing documentation including BMRs, BPRs, SOPs and logbooks.
- Supporting equipment qualification, validation and calibration.
- Troubleshooting engineering equipment and preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance.
- Managing HR operations, employee relations and industrial relations.
- Supporting process improvements and quality management systems.
