Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the department, selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Handling API and formulation manufacturing operations.
  • Operating and monitoring production equipment.
  • Performing analytical testing using laboratory instruments.
  • Managing documentation including BMRs, BPRs, SOPs and logbooks.
  • Supporting equipment qualification, validation and calibration.
  • Troubleshooting engineering equipment and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintaining GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing HR operations, employee relations and industrial relations.
  • Supporting process improvements and quality management systems.
