API Process Analytical Section
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, validate and execute analytical methods including HPLC, GC, UV and titration.
- Perform testing data review.
- Provide online analytical support for process development projects and plant troubleshooting.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods.
- Transfer analytical methods to appropriate laboratories.
- Prepare analytical reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data integrity requirements.
Particle Size Development Lab
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle and operate Malvern, PAT Tool, Blaze, Crystal 16 and related PSD instruments.
- Perform particle size and shape analysis using laser diffraction, sieving and microscopy.
- Prepare and standardize samples.
- Interpret particle size distribution (PSD) data against specifications.
- Generate technical reports.
- Support formulation and process development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 2 to 15 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong analytical and technical knowledge in API Process R&D.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Understanding of laboratory compliance and regulatory requirements.
