Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the position, selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Lead and execute API batch manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, BMR/BPR, SOPs and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor batch documentation and process parameters.
  • Drive productivity improvements using OEE, Lean and RCA/CAPA practices.
  • Support technology transfer of API processes to commercial manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
  • Perform sampling, documentation and equipment readiness activities.
  • Participate in investigations, CAPA implementation and audit readiness.
  • Support continuous process optimization and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications (as applicable to the role):

  • BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
  • BE in Chemical
  • B.Sc in Chemical
  • M.Sc in Chemical
  • Diploma in Chemical

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in WHO, MHRA or USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API plants is preferred.
  • Good understanding of cGMP documentation and manufacturing practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary

Expected annual salary (based on qualification, experience and role):

  • โ‚น3.0 LPA โ€“ โ‚น30.0 LPA
