Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Lead and execute API batch manufacturing activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, BMR/BPR, SOPs and HSE requirements.
- Monitor batch documentation and process parameters.
- Drive productivity improvements using OEE, Lean and RCA/CAPA practices.
- Support technology transfer of API processes to commercial manufacturing.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
- Perform sampling, documentation and equipment readiness activities.
- Participate in investigations, CAPA implementation and audit readiness.
- Support continuous process optimization and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications (as applicable to the role):
- BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- BE in Chemical
- B.Sc in Chemical
- M.Sc in Chemical
- Diploma in Chemical
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in WHO, MHRA or USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API plants is preferred.
- Good understanding of cGMP documentation and manufacturing practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
