Job Responsibilities
Executive / Sr. Executive (Manufacturing – Filling, Injectables)
- Oversee in-process production activities in drug product (DP) manufacturing, filling, and packing sections.
- Prepare and maintain batch manufacturing records, process validation protocols, and reports for the DP area.
- Execute and review Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for equipment.
- Manage calibration and qualification programs for equipment in the DP area to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Technician (Manufacturing – Filling, Injectables)
- Operate filling equipment, including autoclaves, vial washing machines, and filter integrity testing systems.
- Assemble and handle filling and sealing machine parts and accessories.
- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
Executive / Sr. Executive
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–10 years in filling and lyophilization processes within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Skills: Knowledge of batch manufacturing records, process validation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and GMP compliance.
Technician
- Education: ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 4–12 years in filling operations, with hands-on experience in autoclaves, vial washing, and filter integrity operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating filling and sealing machines and handling machine parts.
