Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Executive & Sr. Executive – Plant Maintenance (Injection/OSD)
Department: Engineering Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) equipment
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, EU standards in regulated plants
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for equipment failures
- Coordinate with production for minimal downtime
2. Technician – Electrician (Injection)
Department: Engineering Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance of injectable manufacturing lines
- Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, and control panels
- Maintain GMP documentation and calibration records
3. Technician – HVAC
Department: Engineering Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain AHU, HEPA filters, and cleanroom pressurization
- Monitor and validate environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, particulate count)
- Execute qualification protocols (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
4. Technician – Water System
Department: Engineering Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain RO, EDI, and WFI systems
- Conduct water quality testing and microbial analysis
- Ensure USP/EP compliance for purified water loops
