- Executive / Sr. Executive – Upstream (USP) – Microbial and Cell Culture
- Executive / Sr. Executive – Downstream (DSP) – Microbial and Cell Culture
These positions are based at the Ahmedabad Biopharma Plant (job location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India).
Key Skills and Experience Required
Candidates should have strong knowledge in biopharmaceutical manufacturing under cGMP guidelines.
For Upstream (USP) Roles:
- 1-8 years of experience in M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech – Bioprocess industry
- Expertise in microbial and cell culture operations
- Hands-on experience with large-scale bioreactors (batch, fed-batch, perfusion)
- Single-use systems, wave bioreactors, and related technologies
- Strong cGMP techniques and data analysis skills
For Downstream (DSP) Roles:
- 1-8 years of experience in M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech – Bioprocess / Biotechnology industry
- Proficiency in chromatography (column packing, process), inline dilution, ultrafiltration, viral filtration, buffer preparation
- Aseptic techniques, high-pressure homogenization, TFF systems
- Experience with Akta systems, process conditioning, and quality operations
Preferred Qualifications
- M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Prior experience in the biotech/pharma industry with focus on biosimilars manufacturing
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA/ROW)
