Job Description: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-step organic synthesis and purification techniques
- Optimize chemical reactions and develop scalable processes
- Analyze compounds using HPLC, GC, NMR, and LC-MS
- Maintain detailed lab records and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (2022/2023/2024 pass-outs eligible)
✔ 0-3 years of experience in organic synthesis (Freshers can apply)
✔ Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms & synthetic routes
✔ Hands-on experience with lab instruments & analytical techniques
