Roles & Responsibilities
Production โ OSD
- Handle formulation plant operations.
- Experience in tablet packing.
- Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Packing.
- Operate Hi-Cart, Uhlmann and Hoonga blister packing machines.
- Handle coating and granulation operations.
- Maintain production documentation and follow GMP practices.
Quality Control โ FG Incharge
- Manage FG section and FG planning activities.
- Perform process validation and cleaning validation sample handling.
- Handle Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Manage OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA and change control documentation.
- Maintain laboratory documentation using Caliber LIMS, DMS, Trackwise, Empower 3.7 and LabSolutions.
Quality Control โ HPLC User
- Perform analysis using Waters and Agilent HPLC systems.
- Work with Empower 3.7 software.
- Carry out instrument troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
