Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Doctors and Investigators: Engage with doctors, consultants, investigators, and subjects to ensure compliance with clinical investigation protocols.
- Clinical Site Monitoring: Visit multiple clinical sites to verify adherence to investigation protocols.
- Research & Protocol Development: Contribute to the development of clinical study protocols and perform ongoing research.
- Fieldwork: Regular fieldwork, including face-to-face interactions with participants, and involvement in spreading healthcare awareness, particularly among women.
- Documentation: Write visit reports, maintain records, and collect study documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis procedures related to clinical research.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Clinical Research, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working at clinical sites and interacting directly with patients.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with biomedical devices or biomedical signal processing.
Essential Skills:
- Language Skills: Strong fluency in Kannada and English (both written and oral).
- Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of clinical study procedures and ethical protocols.
- Biostatistics: Proficiency in biostatistics and related analysis techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships with clinicians and site staff.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and administrative capabilities.
