Job Responsibilities:
As a Scientific Writer at Indegene, your role will involve creating complex and specialized content independently and managing the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality, specialized content related to medical education and publications, ensuring it aligns with industry standards.
- Developing and maintaining expertise in therapeutic areas.
- Coaching and reviewing content created by junior scientific writers, helping them grow professionally.
- Collaborating effectively with peers and stakeholders to develop best practices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with end stakeholders, including the medical scientific community, to develop education and communication content as required.
- Engaging with healthcare professionals on publication content and ensuring that it meets the expectations of the medical community.
- Assisting junior writers in expanding their knowledge and sharing expertise.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of documents and project updates.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in creating medical education content, including publications, congress deliverables, post-hoc articles, meta-analyses, case reports, and slide decks.
- A background in therapeutic areas and a demonstrated ability to manage and create specialized content without supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of publication processes, including MSL decks and JPAC working experience, is preferred.
