We are looking for an experienced Scientific Editor to join our dynamic team. This position involves editing promotional materials for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring that all content adheres to the highest standards of language, grammar, and client guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring accuracy in language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.
- Ensure adherence to style guides such as the AMA Manual of Style, brand style, and client-specific guidelines.
- Format documents according to journal or congress guidelines.
- Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledge sharing and resource documentation.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Science or English.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in copy editing, particularly in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (TOEFL/IELTS scores are preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work within tight timelines and in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible to work in the UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST).
