🔹 Job Role 1: Associate – Scientific Writing
Responsibilities
- Author and prepare regulatory/safety documents (simple to medium complexity).
- Incorporate review comments and ensure submission readiness.
- Perform peer and QC review for accuracy, style, and compliance.
- Support senior writers in complex deliverables.
- Format Word/PDF documents per client-specific style guides.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, GCP guidelines, and global standards.
- Participate in client meetings and training programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in M.Pharm, Pharm D, MBBS, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical writing or related life sciences domain.
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation, drug development, global guidelines.
- Proficiency in document management systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
🔹 Job Role 2: Copy Editor
Responsibilities
- Proofread and copyedit deliverables for grammar, style, punctuation, formatting.
- Apply AMA, Vancouver, and client-specific style guides.
- Ensure readability, flow, and consistency of scientific documents.
- Maintain confidentiality, copyright, and data security compliance.
- Participate in self-learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in scientific/medical content editing.
- Strong command of English grammar, proofreading, and copyediting.
