1. Quality Control (Chemical / Micro) – Officer/Executive
Experience: 2-8 years
Qualifications: M.Sc. Microbiology, Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
Essential Skills: Sampling techniques, analytical testing (including HPLC, GC), stability studies, electron microscopy (EM), and medical laboratory technology (MLT). Experience with regulatory compliance is highly valued.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent high quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
2. Quality Assurance – IPQA/Validation – Officer/Executive
Experience: 3-8 years
Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
Essential Skills: In-process quality assurance (IPQA), validation protocols, documentation control, and regulatory compliance (including GMP and other relevant guidelines).
As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing processes and the quality of our finished products. Your responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, performing validation studies, and ensuring our compliance with all applicable regulations.
3. Production – Sterile – Officer/Executive
Experience: 3-8 years
Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Essential Skills: Aseptic techniques, batch processing, sterile manufacturing practices, and adherence to GMP guidelines.
In this critical role, you will be directly involved in the production of sterile injectable products. A strong understanding of aseptic techniques, GMP, and cleanroom procedures is absolutely essential. Experience with various types of aseptic filling equipment is highly desirable.
4. Engineering (Sterile) – Fitter/Electrician/Instrumentation Technician
Experience: 3-7 years
Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or specialized training in Instrumentation (Sterile environments).
Essential Skills: Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cleanroom technology and maintenance practices is crucial.
