💼 Key Responsibilities
As an IPDRG Coder at IKS Health, you will:
- Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for inpatient cases.
- Perform DRG validation to ensure compliance with payer requirements.
- Review clinical documentation to capture all relevant comorbidities.
- Collaborate with medical and billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on IPDRG coding experience.
- Certifications: CPC / CCS / CCA preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD-10, DRG grouping, and coding guidelines.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
