Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for help desk incidents and configuration setup requests from internal and external system users.
- System Management: Interface with system users to identify, evaluate, and resolve system-related issues, working with IT/Vendor teams as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify training needs, improve operational efficiency, and streamline processes.
- Training Development: Assist in developing and reviewing application training materials and engage in system testing.
- User Engagement: Capture user feedback on systems and work with management on system enhancements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with IT and business teams to address system needs and troubleshoot more complex issues.
- Mentorship: Participate in training junior personnel and contribute to system meetings and activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical systems and reporting support roles, with strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
- Ability to interface with various stakeholders to resolve system-related issues and enhance operational processes.
- Proficiency in system testing, data analysis, and training development.
