Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) – RED X-B NHL Study

Project: *INPHOG-NHL-25-03 – Safety & Efficacy of Reduced-Dose Chemotherapy in Pediatric High-Grade B-Cell NHL (Phase II Study)*
Duration: 2 years (extendable)
Locations:

  • AIIMS & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi
  • JIPMER, Puducherry

About the Role

We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support a multicenter Phase II trial evaluating reduced-intensity chemotherapy in children/adolescents with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. This role offers hands-on experience in pediatric oncology research within a collaborative academic environment.


Key Responsibilities

✔ Patient Coordination: Assist in screening, enrollment, informed consent, and follow-up per protocol.
✔ Study Visits & Data Management: Schedule visits, collect samples, and ensure accurate eCRF (electronic case report form) entry.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Support ethics submissions, monitor SAEs (serious adverse events), and prepare for audits.
✔ Multicenter Liaison: Coordinate with investigators, data managers, and site teams.
✔ Documentation: Maintain trial master files, logs, and assist in interim/final study reports.


Eligibility & Preferred Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification (mandatory).

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years in clinical research (oncology/hematology trials preferred).
  • Freshers with strong academic records may apply.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
