Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Officer or Executive at Hetero Labs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Control:
- Conducting stability testing, HPLC, GC, wet analysis, dissolution, and IP/FP testing.
- Analyzing raw materials (RM) and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for accurate data management.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance (IPQA):
- Performing in-process quality assurance checks during manufacturing.
- Reviewing and approving batch records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Supporting audits and maintaining quality systems.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, wet analysis, dissolution, and LIMS.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
