Open Positions: QA & QC at Hetero Labs, Vemgal

Quality Assurance (QA) Department Openings:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following QA positions:
- IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance): Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of pharmaceutical products during the manufacturing process. This involves conducting in-process inspections, reviewing batch records, and ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance): Focuses on the review and approval of analytical data generated during the testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality standards.
- QA-Validations: Involved in the planning, execution, and documentation of various validation activities, including equipment, cleaning, and analytical methods. This role requires a strong understanding of validation principles and regulatory requirements.
- QMS (Quality Management System): Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control (QC) Department Openings:
Our QC department offers challenging roles for experienced professionals:
- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography): Performing analytical testing using HPLC techniques to determine the purity and identity of pharmaceutical materials. Requires proficiency in operating and maintaining HPLC instrumentation and interpreting results.
- GC (Gas Chromatography): Utilizing GC techniques for the analysis of pharmaceutical samples. Experience with method development and validation is essential.
- IP (In-Process Testing): Conducting in-process testing of pharmaceutical products during the manufacturing process to ensure quality and compliance.
- FP (Finished Product Testing): Responsible for testing finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- RM (Raw Material Testing): Conducting analytical testing of raw materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure their quality and compliance.
- QC Validation: Similar to QA Validation, this role focuses on validation activities within the QC department, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of analytical methods.
- Method Development: Developing, validating, and optimizing analytical methods for the testing of various pharmaceutical materials. This position requires strong analytical chemistry skills and experience with method development techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific experience in the relevant area (QA or QC).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements are crucial.
