Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice-based customer interactions in the banking domain.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers via calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries.

Desired Qualifications
- Education: Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (except B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech/MSc CS, IT, MCA).
- Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience (with valid documents).
- 2025 Pass-outs (MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com) can also apply.
