📌 Job Description
- Review and assign accurate medical codes (HCC, EM, Surgery, IVR) as per guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Work on risk adjustment coding (HCC), evaluation & management (EM), surgical coding, or infusion coding (IVR).
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity as per company standards.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ years of experience in HCC/EM/Surgery/IVR Medical Coding.
- Mandatory certifications: CRC, CPC, COC, CCS, or CIC (as per specialization).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
