Available Positions and Roles & Responsibilities
Gufic Biosciences is hiring for the following roles in the Production Department, focusing on manufacturing, filling, washing, and automatic visual inspection processes:
Jr. Technician
- Operate machinery in areas such as Manufacturing, Filling, Washing, and Automatic Visual Inspection.
- Ensure smooth production operations while adhering to GMP standards and safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Multiple vacancies available for machine operators.
Production Officer / Senior Officer
- Oversee production activities in Grade B, Grade C areas, and Visual Inspection.
- Monitor batch processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with team members for efficient line operations and yield optimization.
- Lead shifts, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
Candidates with prior experience in sterile injectable environments will have a distinct advantage.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Jr. Technician
- Qualification: B.Sc, ITI, or Diploma in relevant field.
- Experience: 1-8 years in pharma production, preferably in injectables.
Production Officer / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-6 years in sterile injectable production.
All candidates must demonstrate a commitment to quality and regulatory standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Salary, Benefits, and How to Apply
Gufic Biosciences offers competitive compensation packages aligned with industry standards:
- Jr. Technician: ₹2.5 – 4.5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience).
- Production Officer / Senior Officer: ₹4.0 – 7.0 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
