Gufic Biosciences Limited has announced a Walk-In Interview for experienced pharma professionals and freshers at its injectable manufacturing facility in Navsari, Gujarat. The recruitment drive covers opportunities in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Microbiology, Store and Production departments.

The interview is scheduled for September 5, 2026 (Saturday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Gufic Biosciences facility in Kabilpore, Navsari.

Available Job Positions

1. Quality Assurance – Injectable

Designations: Officer / Sr. Officer

Education:

• M. Pharm
• B. Pharm
• M. Sc

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Candidates should have knowledge of injectable plant operations, IPQA, GLP, QMS, validation, vendor qualification and audit compliance.

2. Quality Control – Male Candidates Only

Designations: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

Education:

• M. Pharm
• B. Pharm
• M. Sc

Experience: 3 to 8 years

The role requires knowledge of analytical instruments and techniques including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV and AMV.

3. Quality Control – Microbiology

Male Candidates Only

Designation: Apprentice

Education:

• M.Sc. (Micro/Biotechnology)
• B.Sc. (Micro/Biotechnology)

Experience: Freshers can apply as apprentices.

4. Store Department

Designations: Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

Education:

• M.Sc
• B.Sc
• M.Com
• B.Com

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Candidates should have experience in injectable plant and API plant operations, along with knowledge of the SAP module, SOP preparation, GRN material inward and dispensing of RM/PM.

5. Production Department

Designations: Officer / Sr. Officer / Apprentice

Education:

• M. Pharm
• B. Pharm
• M. Sc

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Candidates should have knowledge of injectable plant aseptic practices, lyophilization, SVP/LVP line, PFS and cartridge filling. Freshers can also apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the department and designation, selected candidates may be involved in:

• Quality assurance activities in injectable manufacturing.
• IPQA, GLP and QMS-related activities.
• Validation and vendor qualification activities.
• Audit compliance and quality-control operations.
• Handling and knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC and UV.
• Microbiological quality-control activities.
• Store operations involving materials, SAP and GRN processes.
• SOP preparation and dispensing of raw and packing materials.
• Injectable manufacturing and aseptic production activities.
• Operations related to lyophilization, SVP/LVP, PFS and cartridge filling.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should hold the specific educational qualification listed for their preferred department. Eligibility ranges from B.Pharm, M.Pharm and M.Sc for several QA/QC/Production positions to B.Sc/M.Sc in Micro/Biotechnology for the Microbiology Apprentice role and B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com or M.Com for Store positions.

Experience requirements vary from freshers to 10 years, depending on the position.
