🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare partners
• Execute territory business plans based on customer insights and local market needs
• Communicate accurate, science-based product information to healthcare professionals
• Record daily field activities and performance using company CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product access and patient outcomes
• Continuously update knowledge on clinical data, therapy areas, and market trends

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution (B.Pharm, B.Sc, Life Sciences, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Legal right to work in India

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales
• Ability to explain clinical evidence and scientific concepts
• Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of local languages such as Kannada or Hindi
