Position
Global Safety Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship provides support across PV Excellence (PVE), including global pharmacovigilance processes, safety surveillance, documentation, process improvement, reporting, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Support PV documentation in Veeva Vault as Template Manager.
- Support interaction between PVE and third-party vendors for Aggregate Report management.
- Support metric collection, compilation, and reporting.
- Provide support for Management Monitoring.
- Support access management for relevant portals and systems.
- Manage and daily triage group mailboxes.
- Contribute to process improvement.
- Undertake the role of Subject Matter Expert when required.
- Act as business owner of document management systems.
- Review PVE-owned webpages and ensure materials remain updated and operational.
- Support Signal Detection, including CVW and review of EMA publications for signal-related data.
- Support Surveillance activities.
- Support RMP, TSS/PASS activities, including RMP coordination.
- Support eTMF and Medical Devices activities.
- Support Case Awareness Tool, Autosteers profile, TOI, MedDRA, and TFQs.
- Provide oversight of local Reference Safety Information updates and address queries.
- Support Development Core Safety Information management.
- Support the Safety Communications process.
- Support training, inspections, and audits.
