1. Pharmacist

  • Number of Posts: 15
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Essential: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/ Board, Registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
    • Desirable: Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/ University. Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital, institution, or drug store.
  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs.24,440/-

2. Patient Care Manager (PCM)

  • Number of Posts: 10
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences with a full-time Post Graduate Qualification in Hospital (or Healthcare) Management from a recognized University.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a hospital after acquisition of the aforementioned qualifications.
  • Role and Responsibilities:
    • Manage patient care coordinators.
    • Ensure full attendance of PCCs and manage replacements in case of absenteeism.
    • Act as the first point of escalation for issues reported by PCCs.
    • Manage patient movement from the waiting area to OPDs in batches.
    • Oversee process implementation.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years on the date of joining.
  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs.30,000/-

3. Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

  • Number of Posts: 07
  • Qualification & Experience: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (preferred) or any field. At least one year of experience in a hospital after acquiring the qualification.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years on the date of joining.
  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs.24,440/-

4. Research Assistant

  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Essential Qualification & Experience: M.Sc in Biological science/Life science.
  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs.29,565/-

General Information

  1. Selection Process: Based on prescribed norms and job requirements.
  2. Preference: Given to local candidates and those with experience in similar departments.
  3. No TA/DA: Provided for attending tests, document verification, personal interaction, or joining duties.
  4. Application Submission: ONLINE only via BECIL’s website.
  5. How to Apply: Visit becil.com or becilregistration.in, click ‘Careers Section,’ and follow the instructions.
  6. Registration Fee: Non-refundable, ensure eligibility before applying.
  7. Communication: Via email/telephone for skill tests, interviews, and performance checks.
  8. Document Submission: Upload all relevant documents in support of educational qualifications and experience.
  9. Application Printout: Take a printout of the application form after online submission.
  10. Final Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews/skill tests/on-site performance checks.

Registration Process

  1. Apply Online: Only through the BECIL website.
  2. Steps for Registration:
    • Select Advertisement Number.
    • Enter Basic Details.
    • Enter Education Details/ Work Experience.
    • Upload scanned Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/ 10th Certificate, Caste Certificate (file size not more than 100kb).
    • Preview or Modify Application.
    • Payment through Online Mode (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
    • Email scanned documents to the email ID mentioned on the last page of the application form.
  3. Upload Requirements: Passport color photo, signature scan copy, size within 100kb, in jpg/.pdf files.
  4. Payment: Only online payment of registration and application processing fees is accepted.

Fee Structure

  • General/OBC/Ex-Serviceman/Women: Rs.885/- (Rs.590/- extra for every additional post).
  • SC/ST/EWS/PH: Rs.531/- (Rs.354/- extra for every additional post).
