Responsibilities in the Job

As a Fresher AR Caller at GM Analytics Solutions, you will be tasked with:

1. Claims Follow-up: Making outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) issues.
2. Denials Management: Addressing claim denials and rejections by identifying issues and gathering required information from insurers.
3. Problem-Solving: Utilizing strong analytical skills to tackle claim-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
4. Client and Patient Interaction: Corresponding with clients and patients regarding claims and related queries.
5. Compliance Standards: Adhering to organizational policies and reporting compliance issues promptly.
6. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records using advanced claims management tools.

Qualifications for the Role

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in AR calling within the US healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other claims management software like pMDsoft, Acumen, and Athenahealth.
