Are you a clinical research professional ready to take the next step in feasibility and site-selection strategy for global drug development? We present an exciting role as Global Feasibility Lead II with a leading clinical operations organisation, offering remote work from India (and Latin America). This position is ideal for professionals with a strong grasp of global drug-development, clinical trial feasibility, data mining, and analytics who are ready to influence operational strategy and deliver impactful feasibility reports for global clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities

As the Global Feasibility Lead II you will:

  • Lead and support the development, analysis, interpretation and presentation of primary and secondary data in support of operational strategy and planning for global clinical trials (country/site mix, site selection, enrolment modelling).
  • Mine internal and external databases; initiate/oversee collection of primary data for feasibility and site-selection strategy.
  • Participate in proposal development and bid-defence activities; recommend effective uses of data to support the proposal, identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Actively engage on cross-functional teams planning, analysing and presenting proposals and bid-defences as part of new business wins and client retention.
  • Review feasibility and/or site-identification deliverables (budget text, proposal content) as functional bidder reviewer.
  • Lead standalone feasibility projects: final report creation and delivery, including presentation/discussion with external clients.
  • Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings, lead or contribute to training on feasibility offerings, processes and tools; promote best practices.
  • Develop networking across global teams, liaise with stakeholders worldwide.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and system development/maintenance within the Feasibility function.
  • Mentor junior team members (GFL1 or newer GFL2s).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree (or equivalent work experience) plus at least 4 years’ working experience in an academic, science/health-related industry AND at least 2 years’ relevant experience in clinical research or a science/health-related industry. A Master’s degree in a science-related discipline is preferred.
  • Practical understanding of global drug development and clinical trials.
  • Strong data mining, analytics, scientific data manipulation, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to present complex scientific/clinical trial feasibility findings.
  • High attention to detail, quality control mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote setting.
  • Comfortable in client-facing interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, data capture/compilation tools).
  • Ability to quickly digest scientific/medical information and convert into operational strategy.
