Position: Order to Cash Role
Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls to customers, email/fax invoices, or mail hard copies as requested.
- Identify and rectify unidentified cash, manage end-to-end cash application processes.
- Ensure Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is completed accurately and confidentially.
- Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions, coordinating with departments for resolution.
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits/debits, and handle collection or refund processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA are not eligible).
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with Work from Office and US Shift (Night Shift).
