QA/QMS Executive
Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
Experience: 4-6 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
About The Role:
Genotypic Technology, pioneers in Next Generation Sequencing, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QA/QMS Executive. The successful candidate will ensure the quality and compliance of our products and services through robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, GLP, USFDA).
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with regulatory requirements.
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and execute effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay familiar with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma.
