Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Specialist – Product Surveillance at GE HealthCare, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing post-market product surveillance and complaint-handling activities.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting requirements related to GE HealthCare products.
  • Supporting corrective and preventive action activities to help ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices.
  • Applying Quality and Product Surveillance knowledge to routine assignments.
  • Resolving product surveillance issues using established procedures and escalating complex cases to senior team members or the People Leader.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve product and customer-related issues.
  • Communicating technical information and ensuring appropriate understanding among relevant stakeholders.
  • Performing data-entry activities, including basic data verification and corrections.
  • Contributing to productivity and process-simplification projects.
  • Applying a Lean mindset to improve routine workflows.
  • Supporting automation and AI-based initiatives that simplify day-to-day activities.
  • Using Excel, Power BI, and AI/Copilot tools for routine operational activities and process improvements.

Qualification & Eligibility
