Job Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, which supports biopharma companies throughout their enterprise processes, including clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciling reports according to process requirements.
- Performing written follow-up activities for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Creating and managing case identification and data entry, including MedDRA coding and case processing.
- Ensuring timely submission and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) as per client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with your team and reporting to your direct supervisor while adhering to detailed task instructions.
- Working in a rotational shift schedule, as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
- Language Ability: Proficiency in English (Advanced).
