As a member of the Discovery Chemistry Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and synthesizing new chemical entities (NCEs).
• Conducting chemical reactions and optimizing synthetic routes.
• Analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
• Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications Required

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Graduation year: 2024
• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or General Chemistry
• Academic Performance: Overall percentage > 75%

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and LC-MS.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
