Clarivate is seeking an Associate STEM Content Analyst to join their Pharma Chem team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Pharma or Chemistry and a keen interest in content analysis, patent indexing, and chemical compound coding. If you have experience in ISIS Draw/Marvin JS, patent analysis, nomenclature of chemical compounds, and understanding drugs and their human use, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patent Analysis: Coding and indexing chemical compounds in patents in accordance with Derwent Innovation product policies.
- Content Editing: Work actively with the team to maintain awareness of current trends in the Pharma and Chemistry fields.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the PharmaChem team, consisting of professionals with varying levels of experience, and collaborate with the Content Managers in India and London.
- Upskilling: Enhance skills in Pharma, Chemistry, Intellectual Property, and Data Analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc Chemistry.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Chemistry or Pharma-based content editing (Not related to Research & Development).
- Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with ISIS Draw/Marvin JS and Patent Analysis.
- Proficiency in Chemical structure drawing, Markush, IUPAC nomenclature, and understanding of complex chemical reactions.
- Knowledge of drugs and their human use.
- Content writing, data analysis, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Elementary proficiency in foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
