Essential Functions:
- Perform and assist in regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data with timely deliverables.
- Serve as a backup to a Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead.
- Manage allocated tasks with minimal oversight.
- Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations, with support from the Senior Data Manager.
- Report on the quality of data collection and tasks to Data Management team leaders.
- Attend internal study meetings and internal/sponsor audits.
- Assist in tracking and managing projects, oversee project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as recommended by the Data Team Lead (DTL).
- Be compliant with training and eSOP reading.
- Collaborate with the Data Team Lead and other team members across functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer application skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle and the overall clinical research process.
