[Freshers] Biocon Hiring Research Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Trainee to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. As a Research Trainee, you will assist in the development and execution of innovative research projects, contributing to the advancement of our scientific and technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Support: Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research experiments and projects under the guidance of senior researchers.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, record, and analyze data accurately. Use statistical software and tools to interpret research findings.
• Literature Review: Conduct thorough literature reviews to support ongoing research projects. Summarize relevant scientific papers and articles.
• Laboratory Work: Perform routine laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of research activities. Present findings to the R&D team and other stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of research and development. Participate in training sessions and workshops.
