We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Director for a dynamic role in Hyderabad. The candidate will serve as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing information flow, executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports. The candidate will oversee clerical staff performance and act as office manager, maintaining office supplies, formatting information for internal/external communication, and organizing office files. Additionally, they will screen phone calls, take meeting minutes, and distribute correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Manage the executives’ calendar and schedule meetings.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track daily expenses and prepare financial reports.
- Supervise clerical staff performance and maintain office supplies.
- Prepare and format memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings and organize office filing systems.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
