Key Responsibilities as an Intellectual Property Manager
As an Intellectual Property Manager at Clearsynth, you will play a vital role in protecting and managing the intellectual property assets of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed literature and patent searches to ensure intellectual property compliance and identify opportunities.
- Managing knowledge management (KM) services, ensuring that all project timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess patentability and provide strategic IP advice.
- Monitoring competitors’ intellectual property activities and staying updated on the latest industry developments.
- Supporting IP filings, renewals, and maintaining a comprehensive IP database.
This position requires a keen understanding of chemistry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Clearsynth is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- PhD in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry with 0 to 5 years of experience.
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry with 2 to 10 years of experience in intellectual property management, literature and patent searches, and knowledge management services.
