Responsibilities:
- Collect water, in-process, and finished product samples as per sampling plan and conduct physical and instrumentation analysis as required.
- Analyze BIS approved products as per BIS methods and release batches as per specified timeline.
- Prepare volumetric solutions, reagents, mobile phases, and report results as per specifications.
- Maintain chemical inventory as per SOP.
- Dispose of chemical waste generated from the analytical lab.
- Perform routine calibration/verification for pH, balance, and other instruments.
- Composite finished products as per method followed by GLP.
- Strictly follow GDP to avoid errors during documentation.
- Maintain 6S in the analytical lab.
- Keep raw data for all test parameters and record keeping related to FP, IP, RM, EMP, and ad hoc testing.
- Follow GHK practices in the lab and monitor routine cleaning practices.
- Immediately inform Lab FLL or Lab Manager of any deviations like OOS, OAL.
- Follow record-keeping as per retention and archival policy.
- Complete compliance wire training as per schedule.
- Periodically review methods as per schedule.
- Track media and consumables and manage inventory.
- Raise LIR against OOS and handle change control requests as per QMS requirements.
- Review laboratory records.
- Handle internal audits.
- Attend Tier 1 meetings daily.
- Generate and implement ideas.
- Communicate effectively within the QA team and internal customers.
- Ensure consistent adherence to EHS rules and procedures.
- Wear necessary PPE at all times in the lab and factory.
