Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Analyst – Bioanalytical Research
- Perform bioanalytical analysis of plasma, serum, urine, and tissue samples
- Operate LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems
- Support method development, optimization, and validation
- Execute sample preparation and extraction procedures
- Maintain raw data, laboratory notebooks, and analytical reports
2. BQM – Bioanalytical Quality Management
- Review chromatograms, calibration curves, and QC samples
- Verify bioanalytical method validation (BMV) and cross-validation reports
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO
- Maintain ALCOA+ data integrity principles
- Review SOPs, protocols, and study plans
3. Custodian – Sample Management
- Receive, log, and verify biological samples as per protocol
- Ensure correct labeling, segregation, and storage
- Maintain chain-of-custody and inventory records
- Monitor freezer temperatures and alarm systems
- Coordinate sample issuance and reconciliation
Educational Qualifications
- UG: B.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- PG: M.Pharm / M.Sc / MS (Any Specialization)
