Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Process development and optimization of chemical compounds
- Solid-state characterization using techniques like IR, NMR, and PXRD
- Technology transfer (TT) to manufacturing plants
- Preparation of technology transfer documentation
- Collection and interpretation of experimental data
- Conducting feasibility and optimization experiments
- Data analysis, reporting, and scientific documentation
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or related disciplines
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related fields
Experience Requirements
- M.Sc. candidates: 1โ4 years in process development
- Ph.D. candidates: 2โ3 years in process development
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Hands-on laboratory experience
- Ability to independently conduct experiments
- Problem-solving mindset with scientific discipline
