📌 Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training sessions to understand the drug development process and clinical research planning.
- Tool Familiarization: Get acquainted with various tools and processes used by the clinical costing team to develop budgets for clinical studies.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects and analytics, presenting findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Shadowing & Learning: Engage with senior team members by shadowing their daily activities, learning the strategies behind clinical research operations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, clinical research, or a related field.
- Certifications: Preferably certified in clinical research/ICH GCP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic macros); familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and computing skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Project Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering projects in an academic or extracurricular setting.
