Responsibilities
As an Apprentice – Proposals at Fortrea, selected candidates will participate in entry-level departmental activities in accordance with Fortrea and sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Create QTs and assignments for new quote and proposal requests.
- Support Billing Guide/BRP generation.
- Create SharePoint spaces and upload RFP documents, triage forms and client specifications.
- Monitor compliance with quote and Quote Track completion guidelines.
- Update SFDC Quote and Opportunity tabs related to the Budget Product Line.
- Follow up on SME assignments for APAC RFPs.
- Format and prepare simple draft proposals for Proposal Managers.
- Support Proposal Managers with proposal text, quotes and budgets.
- Collate information and follow up with different departments.
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes when required.
- Review and analyze RFP documents to understand client requirements.
- Support timely completion of assigned proposal deliverables.
- Shadow strategic and operational calls related to opportunities where applicable.
- Develop an understanding of relevant technical and regulatory environments.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry into corporate databases.
- Provide administrative support during pricing, resource, process and timeline discussions.
Qualification
Candidates should be working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Research.
