Responsibilities:

  • Set up kick-off and project-related meetings.
  • Provide submission support for different deliverables such as abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
  • Develop project timelines and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Support teams for compliance with internal work processes (WPs) and tools such as Data Verification (DV).
  • Manage vendors for printing and shipping of posters and weekly DO forecasts.
  • Support copyright requests/procurement as needed.
  • Assist with any other project-related activities as per business needs.
  • Create mock accounts, check guidelines and submission packages for abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
  • Perform DV checks and generate DV reports.
  • Prepare project timelines and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (Fluent in English).
  • Ensure timely and efficient project management.
  • Maintain quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office administration tasks.
