Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex injectable formulations (liquids, lyophilized products)
- Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies for parenteral dosage forms
- Perform stability studies as per ICH guidelines
- Work on technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, QA, and production
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and scale-up issues
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred)
- MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Experience:
- Freshers to 15 years in formulation development
- Experience in injectables / sterile dosage forms is highly preferred
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of complex injectables and parenteral systems
- Understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to scale-up and tech transfer processes
